We don't accept any kind returns after the product is delivered.

We ensure replacements only in such cases if a wrong product is delivered to you or the product is damaged at the time of delivery to you.

  • In case of wrong products replacement the product were not used or damaged
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

Returning Goods

We akshayajewelrypalette.com is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us only at certain conditions mentioned in the return policy. 

The company won't be responsible for any other extra charges applied during the return shipment.

You will receive an email from us after we receive your request for replacement with some instructions and details of full address where to return the particular product..

The company won't be responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return deliver

Refund Policy 

We only issue refunds in such cases if we are out of stock for the product you ordered or if we are unable to replace a product which you requested that meets the above return policy.
